And you have a separate PTO clutch as well ?

Exactly no great variations in speed just set the hand throttle. But Unimog or not you definitely would be stationary
There is no overrun clutch in the machine. Just wondered if anyone had this combination

I have a TP 150 chipper that I am about to put on the back of a U1200. The Lindana Instructions say that an overrun clutch should be used on the PTO shaft. As it has a separate PTO clutch and the shaft can spin freely when clutched out so do I need one ? It has an 1 3/4 inch PTO so am finding it difficult to find one and an adaptor makes my PTO angles awful.
PTO overrun clutch needed on a dual clutch Unimog

Thanks for the advice, I will put one in, as you say not that expensive so why not. Having researched it and seen your pictures I hadn't realised they were that small. Also I had not really considered the crawl and move option. I only have working group but thats pretty slow. I will give it a go !
That Is a nice conversion you did on the 222 !
