You're correct, but I never actually said he still worked there! The last 10 years he's continued to operate his mill, amongst others, and sell Ripper37 blades alongside running a successful sharpening, servicing and training business. Well worth a chat with him.

Speak to Stephen Cull at Blademaster. Not only does he sell and resharpen blades for the mills he also does sawmill servicing and training. Spent 30 years working for and operating a Wood-Mizer mill so he knows what he's doing. He's also a really decent guy!

It's just market price for that country. If you look at blades on Wood-Mizer's USA site they are cheaper than in the UK, just don't look at the difference in machine prices from USA to UK as you may explode!! We always pay more for stuff over here!!

Choice of blade once you have the mill is pretty important too as there is a huge difference in performance and blade life between brands. You can't go wrong with some Ripper37 blades from http://www.stephencullblademaster.com/ , he resharpens them too.
