We are a small Arb firm based in Rugby, Warwickshire. We have been in business for over forty years and have a consistent flow of work including much repeat business, we specialise in domestic arb but do cover larger projects across a whole range of tree related tasks. We are looking for a full time employed climber with a full driving licence and qualification to CS39, we will consider candidates qualified to CS38 if they can show through their work that they are capable of working to CS39. Attitude to work and customers is of paramount importance to us, we expect our teams to be polite and respectful to customers and fellow workers to ensure a positive and professional experience. We work Monday-Friday 8-4.30, no late finishes and very rarely weekend work so you can have a life outside of work, we provide PPE, uniform, training and support where necessary. 28 days paid holiday and pension scheme, pay is subject to qualifications and experience but is at £26k+ for the right person, this includes an attendance bonus.
