I see him occasionally still, probably about 6 months ago was the last time. Hell of character, glad to have had him as my tutor as he knew exactly how to push you on. miss working with him now! 

Complete accident, exhaust heat or something on a log, went for lunch and came back to find the saw had gone with the log. We've all done something similar ?

My old man with his late 80’s , newish 3120 sporting the standard ppe of the time ear muffs ,vest ,jeans and Oregon greens.

 

 

The guy on the left taught me the job from when I began tree work, he told me a story about him setting fire to a new 3120xp when he was young and green. I wonder if it was this one?!
