  1. Isn't it obvious? Im sure its quite unlikely to happy but obviously there is a risk of strangulation.  In any sports you remove necklaces etc, or should....yet people are actively using devices round their necks in situations where theres a good possibility of it getting snagged on something.  Seems an unecessary risk to me personally
