  1. Steve Woodley (Arb trainer/ and medieval axe hewing demonstrator) will be running a one day course in Essex on 16th July 2016 and there is only one place left! You will have the use of a variety of hewing axes, explanations of what axe to use, hands-on hewing and shown how to sharpen axes properly. All PPE *(inc chain mail leggings) will be provided (except boots) as well as wood refreshments, breakfast and lunch. Cost is £150 for the day -please contact handcraftedtimberco@gmail.com to book a place!
  2. Steve Woodley (arb trainer and axe hewing demonstrator) will be running axe hewing courses in rural essex for small groups of people. Cost is £150 per day and all PPE and axes/ wood are supplied for use during the day. Refreshments and a home cooked lunch will be supplied.
