£200 trousers, £180 boots, £90 helmet, £1000 climbing gear, 1000s in tools. This trade has got to be the most expensive trade to work in! Plus I've just woke up to my truck broken into and a ms441 stolen!

Cheers! Both techniques are obviously a lot better then the standard felling cut. Know what I did wrong now lol

Yes it does Haha. Doing a plunge cut does make sense now, will remember that for the future. Definitely kept me on my toes yesterday lol

How did you approach the felling cut? Did you plunge and release or just go standard?
Just used a standing felling cut, tree split out with around 6" of holding wood remaining

You could try George Lovatt training, he is based in Coleshill. I did my hgv with him, not 100% sure he does car and trailer but if he doesn't he should be able to get someone that does. Hope this helps. Chris

http://Www.powertipper.co.uk Based just up the road from me. Friendly guys they came out and showed me one. They said it will tip more weight then your truck can hold. Is held in your bed with one bolt and can be removed easily with two guys. They fab up all sorts so can create sides to go with it.
