So I have my 2511tes but once again there is no tuning tool supplied.
My dealer says I can buy it and it costs over £40!
Ridiculous!
So what is the alternative? These tools must be available I just don't know what they'd be called.
BTW I know there's a 2511 thread but I can't find it.

If it was me I'd probably swap garden for domestic
-
-
With how long it's been the price is probably floundering
-
Can you pre-order them?

hi since this is a big chainsaw trend. does anyone have an opinion on a 3120 husky with a three foot bar.
I run a 36“ sugihara lightweight on mine. Absolutely love it. Far nicer and easier to start than the 880 IMO

200t, 025, 550xp, 3120xp (for the alaskan) so far. Recently changed from self employed to working utility

Thanks for that, looks a lot easier than I was making it.
I think this was from a loler inspector, it was given to me by a previous employer. Happy to help

I'm trying to figure it out on excel with dates/serial no/ usage and similar.
Anybody got a shot of there's??
This is how I used to do mine
-
Yes but one has to accept a bit of kit damage when one runs over staff for being lazy!
Haha they'll only make that mistake once. Have you ever thought of a cattle prod? Saves damaging any kit, that or a bloody big stick!

Thanks folks.
This new one from Husky looks pretty darn good.... anyone got one?
Husqvarna Helmets Forest helmet, Technical
cheers, steve
They don't cope so well being left under the works truck but seemed a really nice lid beforehand

A few of my little hound. Almost 14 and still tearing around like a pup

I've got one of the very first, late 2011, ones and it's been fine on the whole.
It got used a lot early on, mainly in mixed thinnings, but some scrub clearing and a bit of mixed groundying.
In the woods is where it shines - handles like a 242 but cuts more like a 357.
It's never needed any work and other than occasionally acting like it's flooded after refuelling, been faultless. The flooding is supposedly solved by fitting an upgraded tank breather kit (which I have) but it never bothered me enough to fit it.
It's not been used a lot lately but only because I've been using supplied saws more so it could be going on arbtrader shortly.
Hi Chris, where did you get the upgraded tank breather?

No idea why it's put the picture in twice

They sell this stuff at morrisons, well worth a go if you ask me

Mine's a few months old and I really rate it, far better than the stein jackets in my opinion. The back is nice and long which is always good when it's hammering it down

No worries, glad to be able to help

Looks like griselinia littoralis to me

Was wondering what the vacancy situation in Devon and the surrounding areas was like? Have cs30,31,38,39 being booked although have 2 years experience climbing, 32 looking to be booked shortly, chapter 8 operative, mewp and first aid. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Chaars!

Wow, well done. Not an outcome we often read. I know you might not want to go into fine detail but how did social media help in this case?
Same sort of thing as Woodworks post. Cctv footage was shared by numerous people and community pages, which in turn led to the person who took the saw being told about it. Not wanting charges brought against them they got a friend to drop the saw back. Still amazes me as I genuinely thought it was gone for good
-
So it turns out miracles do happen, we got our saw back! With the help of social media the saw was returned (not by the culprit) last night. Just wanted to say thank you to you guys on here for your support and best wishes, I know it means a lot to all involved. Cheers!
