  3. just glad it has been sorted .. the next thing is the MOT ON FRIDAY then the tackle test next tuesday then that is it .. it is my first time running mu own business so far it sucks lol i am not expecting a lot in the first 6 month :001_rolleyes: but i will be ready for the good time

  5. eagleye no bud as the light comes on when i turn the key an i can start and stop the eng from the basket .. i have taken it to maps to day and he tried to reset the board that did not work .. so i will be off to see martin at cte to get it sorted .. it is a long way to go but it will be running as it should wen i leave

  6. hi Philip in both boxes there are relays what you can see into.. which move wen i use the ground control but do not move when i use the controls in the basket the only thing i can do from the basket is turn the eng off and restart it .. by look of it the boards you can plug a computer in to it as there is spare plugs thank you for the advice

  7. o well at last i have got to the bottom of it.. the filter was full of crap so the pump was getting very little oil .. i got a new filter but the pump has lost most of its power... i can only drop the legs if i shut the left hand valve off ..but i can not pick the truck up ,,so now on the hunt for a new pump or a recon that i can pick up to moz

  8. i am not a fitter so i would not no how to take the pump apart or what to look for in side the pump it has taken me all day to check out the transfer box to the pump just to make sure it is engaging to the pump i am getting oil in to the pump with the eng running but only a drip on the out side

  9. thank you for the info IVECOKID how do i bleed the system as i had a pipe go 2 week ago and i have only done one job them parked the truck up for 2 weeks ..where will i find the relief valves, bypass valves as the pump just stopped working and did not give any signs of it on its way out

  10. friday the 13 lives up to its name i have spent all day working on the truck to sort out why the pump would not work // ... transfer box is all good no play at all .....gearbox all good ..... we run the truck with the transfer box on so we new there was power out of it to the pump then put the pump on with the out let pip off and run the truck it just drip out when the eng was running .. so i will change the oil filter and run it once more.. it that does not work the pump will come off and find some one to recon it
