    Hi I took these measurements today. 8ft trunk length up to where it Splits in to 3 trunks. Circumference is just under 8ft 1st trunk is 20ft length from where it Splits to near tip with circumference 6ft at split to approx 3ft circumference at end 2nd trunk length 16ft, circumference at start 5ft, circumference at end 2ft 4" 3rd 19ft length 4ft 5" circumference at start 2ft 8" circumference at end. How do u add photos?

    Hi, I'm new to here and was hoping for some advice please. I'm a gardener for a landowner and a large mature English walnut tree has fallen and she has asked me if I know anyone who would be willing to come take/buy the wood as she thinks it's fairly sought after. I'm just wandering what's the best way to do this. Should I email a local sawmill? I'm based in Ayrshire. Thanks in advance.
