  1. Why does she want to cut anything off? 
    She wants to reduce it quite a bit as it's on a boundary hedge. Has had the top taken out before so growing outward! Looked at it again today, Defo not very well. Also can see where limbs have been hacked off before and have all died!! [emoji848][emoji21]
  2. Might it be better to see how the tree recovers/produces new foliage first?

    Yeah, have advised the customer to wait and see, she wants to press on though! Not sure how much can be cut off without going too far and messing up the regrowth?
  3. Hi mate, think you probably mean a sand-o-flex. Its a sander that has lots of strands of abrasives used in a drill. You can burn the carving and then use the sand-o-flex, gives a nice finish...
