No u just try to put others down for starting one lol. The whole purpose of forums is for other peoples opinions... which i needed to make an informed decision as to whether or not i have the right to approach my boss about it. I want to do it as respectfully as possible.

Money isnt everything thats true but when you barely have much of it it is a bit of an issue. And as a boss its easier to say money isnt everything. I am in no way thinking i am worth more thsn i am. I have been told that- which has made me question my pay hence starting the thread. If these threads annoy u then why read it?

There is all of the above which obviously is the good thing about it. And there are other factors so its different at different places. Ive been told by a freelance climber, a very experienced climber, that i should be on 120 so its just made me think. I mean i think 120 would be the max

Im in hertfordshire area- i was dropped in at the deep end so to speak. Climbed everyday since starting climbing. Id say im more competant than most of two years experience without blowing my own trumpet. Theres not a lot i cant do but obviously im still learning at the same time. Thanks for your input. Im sure my company will pay much more but i dont feel its enough so im getting some other opinions

Hi guys. Hope im in the right thread. I would like to know how much someone with my experience etc should be getting paid on the the books. Ive 2 yrs climbing experience, cs30/31, 38/39 & 41, first aid trained and hold a trailor licence. Im capable of large reductions and takedowns and also run my own gang. Any input would be appreciated thanks.
