  1. Hi everyone,

The Ancient Tree Forum are running a number of veteran tree training courses this year, including a one-day introductory course and three-day advanced course for trainers.

The one-day course is being held in June and October just north of Bristol and the three-day course is being held in July in Epping Forest.

If you'd like to learn about how to manage veteran trees, refresh your memory or want to develop the skills to deliver your own training courses on veteran tree management please have a look at the events section of the Ancient Tree Forum website for more details: Events « Ancient Tree Forum

    Cheers

    Jim

  2. Hi All,

I'm conducting some research as part of my professional diploma into how arboriculturists interpret the British Standard and use sub-category 3 for assessing the bio-diversity values of trees when undertaking BS5837 surveys.

If you undertake BS5837 surveys on a professional basis, have the time and inclination I would appreciate if you would complete my survey which can be found at this link:

    Thanks in advance.
