The law does state that only so many trees over a certain size can be removed in any three month period- that three months runs jan,feb, March then starts again in April, May june,then again in July aug sep then again in October nov dec. Miss a 3 month and there is no carry over. Worth checking on the law on felling large trees as it is a certain amount
