  1. look at my pic- i removed the letter box for more suction- although in hindsight it takes longer to do the lawn. ha
  2. ive not tried that... possibly?? it doesnt like big bits of wood
  3. HAHA. yea, ive modified mine a bit. may I say mines the 8 Horspower model, i dont know how good the lower ones would be
  4. BUY IT! BUY IT NOW!!! they're like 500£ on eBay in poor condition they clear up everything, soil an all, although the pipe can get full and you have to shake it... if you put it on low you can suck the shavings from around stones and it doesn't pick the stones up (for those finicky jobs) dont fill the bag right up- you wont lift it haha:001_tt2:
  5. Ive got a billy goat (the petrol type) its the old 8hp one and will suck up wine bottles. once I'm done grinding, I bust out the best bit of kit and once Ive finished pleasuring myself with it I'll use it to suck up all the crap then sling it on the truck... it all goes to the yard with the waste.
  6. Hindsight, Sir... its marvelous!
  7. similar concept... "To provide assistance. "
  8. Even I didnt know that! dont worry about derailing my thread, it was boring anyway.... Unlike a dutch rudder! (google it)
  9. I'm more concerned i know what a dutch rudder is....
  10. that's why I've got one. no one knows it goes to my mobile, I got it because I don't want to look like a traveler, which, quite frankly is what people think if you haven't got a land line... most of the time they still call my mobile, they just like to know... Hamdogg, pm me your email address and i'l get him to buzz you
  11. Hi there. new to the forum, not the job... good to meet you all, im guessing this is the reprobates corner ? I'l fit right in...
  12. Its becoming more and more of a gamble... so many scams A friend of mine waved £6k off his drive, the bloke said he'd bank transferred the money- he checked his account- it was in. But didn't realize the bloke got his mate to pay a cheque in, so it showed up on his account- but obviously later withdrew it.. police wont touch it and they know where it is... I refuse to buy anything that's listed in Scotland now, too. and the amount of time I see the same picture listed from different accounts... Anyone else know of any scams? its hard to find good honest plant for sale now.
  13. I do, my landline goes straight through to my mobile and costs me 6 pence per month.. (I have a mate who works in the industry but its still fairly cheap for normal punters) its a local area code too. which helps.
