  1. It is noticeable ....thats why its done ..:001_smile:

noticeable in what respect? details please :). and random but what bar length would you say is thee best match for a 560? im running a 15" bar as im only using it for snedding and small tree felling and its as rapid as usain bolt however the trees im coming across are getting a little bigger im ok boring in rom both sides with a 15" just wondring if it will be any less guttsy with a bigger bar

  2. Hi,

    .

I wouldn't buy a 261 or a 362 but would buy a 260 or a 361. However, Id like to think the 261 clutch bearing issue is sorted but consider it should be given a routine greasing.

So, that said, my choice would be a 461 running a 20" bar.

Needle bearing issue defo not sorted!!! Still disintegrating after 2 mins use from new. However if you change from a rim sprocket to a spur they Las a little bit longer with a good greasing

  3. I've had a 261 from knew and so has many of my colleagues. Problems problems problems. In the month I've had mine the needle bearing has disintegrated, had to replace rim sprocket for a spur, chain brake has stiffened up and replaced and has now currently stiffened up again. The chip is poor! My machine cuts out alot!!! And takes some to get going again. Out of over a dozen saws not one has survived over two weeks.!!! My choice would be to tab it out to that husky dealer and get a 560. Stear clear of the 261. Imo that is
