Thanks for the replies, some helpful advice advice there. Cutting it up will be the biggest job. I like the 'TR' branch logger sized bags in the youtube videos, visually they look quite salable, that's where I got the idea from, there is just too much lovely clean stuff to cut too just burn or chop the lot. Any ideas on an efficient way of proccessing it?

Hi all, i've been given the job of cutting off about 200 yards of hedge, mainly hazel. The hedge has been untouched for about 40 years,so some lovely firewood, but I will be left with a mountain of brash, most of it 1-2 inch diameter, and up to 12 feet long. It would make excellent kindling, but will people buy it. I know this has been talked about before, but will it be too barky(?) and create a lot of smoke?

That looks ace, wish I could weld better lol. Do you think these machines will do a consistant, clean product to sell? I saw the TR branch logger at th APF, and thought the product was very inconsistant. Didnt get much help from anyone there either, but I do love the idea. Most of my wood wont be over 2 inches, and there is possibly another 250 yards of hedge to cut ontop of what I'm already doing.
