Boring boring bastards

I also bet more damage is caused to saws through lads using blunt saws 'it'll be alright' than is ever caused by bad fuelling

We do between 10 - 15 litres of saw fuel using stihl hp ultra a day as an average.
Don't have any problems with mixes and the saws run spot on.
Have used aspen before and to be honest didn't really notice any difference - however I do understand and appreciate the environmental benefits, just the cost is a problem.

Why bother?

This is a pointless thread - as said before a ladder is still a useful tool for tree work.

Get a tree firm in insurance gear job done....

Been using the husky a lot recently and rated it more than one of the first 201's, however since the anti vibe and handle disintegrated have been using a new 201.
The new 201 seems a much better saw and edges the husky, in my opinion, both for positivety in the cut and build quality. Another issue I have with the husky is that it is a bit awkward to work on.
All in all I am a little disappointed.

The model number is 120SPEA041.
I sent the first bar back as it had no oil hole and was assured that the replacement was correct for the husky oiler - it wasn't.
As I was relying it for work on Friday I drilled a hole in the bar (in the same location as that on the tech lite bar). Oils fine now but not what I would have preferred to have done.
I wish husqvarna would have offered a better bar and chain combo originally.

Any ideas why this would be - I have ended drilling the bar to create the oil holes as low and behold it wasn't oiling.

Have decided to dump the husky bar on T540xp and go for an oregon 12 inch bar - but after having a look at it I noticed it has no oil hole.

Sick of the latest stihl throwaways.
