    I will take logs/rounds etc for me to split. Happy to pay a bit, not a problem. Not here to take the pi$$! Any amount taken any species. No brush or chip, wood burner suitable only.

    I am looking for both sawn sweet chestnut (25mm planks) and bigger stuff to be ripped down in workshop (say 250x150) lengths approx 3600mm though flexible. Air dried pref, though would take green and dry it here. It would be great if delivery possible to Harston, Nr Cambridge CB22. I'm not after arctic loads (I am a tiny workshop!), primarily it is for a workshop extension project, then furniture making after this. Not sure of cu/ft needed, just let me know what you have lengths and sizes. Also sweet chestnut butts wanted for shake making (12-14" long all cut same size) This will be ongoing.
