  1. Evening I've a problem with my 190 it tracks forward ok but when you track it back it pulls to one side and eventually the right track will stop Help
  2. Thanks for all the advice people, The new allen bolts are tested to a high strength so will be ok also the dimentions are exactly the same (checked with micrometer) My last 2 sets of Torx bolts came from Spectrum and they not stamped in any way so i dont know strengh of them. I have a top notch torx driver which is very hard and as of yet has not twisted, the problem is the bolts. I do clean every bit of debris out before attempting to open them and on most occasions it all goes well, but it only takes one or two to strip out and the machine is out for the day while i get nuts welded etc etc. I need this to be done in half hour so i can get back to work ive never had problems with allen bolts, again clean them out, good quality driver all the things you should do to make the blade change operation go smooth. Ill post again in a few weeks to let ya all know how it goes Thanks Drew
  3. dont follow you!! what does patched mean
  4. Howdy just bought a few sets of blade blots from my friendly nut n bolt guy, They exactly the same as timberwolf bolts but have a Allen key head instead of Torx (which in my experiance are poo) There same strength and shallow head so im gonna try them at least i know ill be able to undo the gits after a couple weeks of chipping without the torx driver slipping. Just wondering if anyone else has done this and how did it go???

    Blade Bolts

Hi can anyone tell me why the blade bolts on my 150 ftr wont come out? Ive tried and tried but all im doing is wrecking the head on the Torx bolt. Which is another point, why are the bolts not a allen key head??? ive broken 2 torx drivers and still it wont move. The blades were changed 2 weeks ago and were installed with copper grease and torqued to correct setting. What a pain in the rear, ive a full week ahead of me and need to get these bolts out any secret methods will remain a secret Thanks Drew
  8. Thanks for all the advice and I can announce that not only do I have a replacement filter but the plant hire fitter I was asking gave it to me!! So nice to be nice eh. There are some genuine great people who will help you out if ur stuck. But then I had to pay €82 for 20 litres of engine oil. It's expensive to live in Ireland
  9. Thanks for that I'm English but live in Ireland so the online thing is a option but I kinda need a filter today and there not many places where I live to get one so I was hoping to just get a filter that would be comparable off the shelf.
  10. Howdy I had a TW150 stolen from my yard near Limerick Ireland last october and as yet have had no luck in finding out where it went. The local cops seem to think it would of been stored for a while before being moved over to UK, There are a few things on it which would identify it to me and i have the serial number. I feel its a lost cause but i do get some satisfaction knowing that im doing my best to make it as difficult for whoever has it to move it on. Being a small country and most of us in this line of work here know someone makes it more belivable that its gone to Blighty so be vigalant and if you are offered a 2007 timberwolf for less than its really worth please inform the police. Thank you.. Drew
  11. Thats probably going to be my best option thanks for response
  12. Hello there im a first timer and not very fast on the keyboard, I have a TW150 and need to change the fuel filter is there a non branded filter that will fit? ie something off a ford cortina or fhantom jet? The genuine parts seem to be costing a little more than they need to be so any saving has to be a good thing. Any advice will be greatly recieved thanks
