  1. I was called out to try and sort out a large copper beech tree which came down over xmas, having spent a day clearing everything above the crown break i realised that cutting up the stem was going to be quite a job for my 461 and a 25" bar. so i'm wondering if anyone wants to come and grab lift it away. i've heard beech is worth quite a bit. it is slightly rotten at the base but not hollow and has no sign of rot up near the crown break. it is lying next to the road and must be nearly 5ft diameter and 15ft long. i'm hoping to save the client some money as the tree managed to smash roof tiles and most of the windows on the front of house and their insurance company are being very difficult. its located in Sydenham in SE London. any advice or contact details would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks Ed and Arboristics:confused1:
