It has over a thousand employees nationally and is growing fast. Services provided include grounds maintenance in parks and open spaces, cleansing, and landscape construction. We are currently recruiting for: Job Title: Town Centre Gardener (Seasonal) Location: Warwick Salary: Dependent on skills and experience An opportunity has arisen for a seasonal Town Centre Gardener to join our Warwick contract to carry out work during our busy summer period. We are seeking hard working individuals with a keen eye for gardening. Your main duties will include pruning, weeding, and maintaining the gardens and floral areas around Warwick and the surrounding area. A full, clean driver’s licence will be needed and a PA1/PA6 spraying ticket is desirable, previous experience within the gardening industry is a must have. You will be working as part of a team but will also need to be self motivated as you may be sent out to work alone on occasions. We are currently recruiting for: Job Title: Green Keeper (Seasonal) Location: Warwick Salary: Dependent on skills and experience An opportunity has arisen for a seasonal Green Keeper to join our Warwick contract to carry out work during our busy summer period. We are seeking hard working individuals with a keen eye for gardening. Previous experience of working on Fine sports turf is essential. You will be working as part of a team but will also need to be self motivated as you may be sent out to work alone on occasions. The working week is 45 hours as required by the rota to cover any 5 over the 7 day week. We provide a professional and personal service and have a reputation for delivering arboricultural work of the highest quality Job Title: Team leader/Climber/Arborist Location: Wimborne and Mendip Salary: Highly Competitive We currently have opportunities for experienced Arborists at our Mendip and Wimborne contracts. These roles will be undertaking all aspects of arboricultural works to BS3998 2010 including formative pruning, crown thinning, crown lifting, crown reduction, reshaping, straight and sectional felling works. Successful candidates must hold NPTC units CS30, 31, 32, 38,39 as a minimum requirement; together with experience in arboricultural operations with competency certification in Brushwood Chipper. Qualifications in Chapter 8, First Aid training, Stump Grinders, CS 40 and CS41 would be desirable. Candidates must also have key skills in tree and fungus identification and a good working knowledge of modern arboricultural practices and techniques. The roles will also involve completion of health and safety documentation including risk assessments, vehicle and equipment checklists and implementation of tree work specifications to a high standard. The ideal candidates will be self motivated individuals with a flexible approach. A pro active and positive, professional attitude is essential as well as an ability to work well under pressure. A full, clean driver’s license with B+E, Additional category C1+E would be desirable.
