Just seems a bit daft that you have to be a non-smoker to be eligible fair enough if your overweight or take drugs but smoking how does this hinder you doing any part of your job in this industry?

Just after some tips or contacts for work possibilities in Denmark, mainly Copenhagen but somewhere is better than nowhere. Been back in the UK a couple of months and already have itchy feet.

Re-locating to London within the next month, looking for some climbing work or anything related to help me find my feet, coming back to the UK after 2 years away working in Oz and Europe (italy,sweden,germany) hold my CS 30,31,38,39, NPTC Chippers and stumpgrinders, St johns First aid at work etc etc. Have all my climbing gear with me minus saws. Also another footnote, if you can get to one of the bigger towns in the french alps i.e Chamonix in the summer, alot of work all the chalets want there trees done and the pay is good if you are working for yourself, easy enough to do as everyone wants the wood left for the winter. peace

Arran, With reference to Germany make sure you are there in the summer i looked for a long time in Berlin but to no avail got offered a snow plowing job from a gardening firm though, also with italy it is almost impossible to find arb work, there are a few people doing it maybe one company per city i know this is the case with florence and cagliari, i ended up pruning olive trees for 2 and 1/2 months at 8EUR a tree, good luck!

When you get there get on Gumtree and the Australian official site they have heaps of jobs all the time popping up, Alot of work in the Sydney area too! good luck
