I brought back a 560xp and a 192t. Sold the 560 when i got back and the profit paid for the 192t. It was a few years ago the the exchange rate was better.
The best way to do it is buy it online from US and get it shipped out of state (within the US not back to UK, if shipped to UK you will get stung with import duty), then you will even save on state taxes. Certain states its the responsibility for the consumer to pay the tax rather than the seller.

A muffler mod tends to work on most saws bar the vintage ones that weren't that restrictive in the first place. Some saws like ignition advance, some don't. It really depends on the original designed in timing curve.
With some saws, they respond to a small change to a number of areas, just depends on what you start with.
MS200 - don't bother. MS201/MS150 are worth doing!
Have you ever modded a 192T? worth doing?

Ha, no marketing from me. There are several companies selling work positioning ropes to en1891a at a lot lower cost than arb specific ropes...I wonder if the price is beefed up on an arb rope for brighter colours? And a softer feel?
The stretch is 3-5% so the same as an arb rope in a fall?

Ive used there products a lot and its all quality.

No it's a genuine rope from SAR. http://www.sar-products.com/product/11mm-rescue-access-rope/
CE marked and date stamped.
Thanks for your help.

Im more than happy to use it.......I supposed I was asking have I missed something that a specific arborist rope might have?....... Yes all certs etc... would it pass LOLER inspection to use? (brand new rope, over 10mm, conforming to EN1891A?)

Ok so quick question.
I have a Semi Static rope which is brand new, its a work positioning rope but not Arb specific. I am pretty sure it ok to use for Arb and see no reason why not. Will be used for primary line as well as work positioning.
What do people think?
Specifications:
Diameter 11mm.
Material: Low stretch nylon
Outer plait: (sheath) 16
Outer braids 32
Inner core 14
Static strength:32kN
Static strength fig 8 knot: 18kN
Static strength fig 10 knot: 22kN
Elongation: 3-5%
Conforms to:EN1891-A
Many Thanks

There is a place on suckley road, Brandsford wr6 5le. Think its called ankertree. Can't find any website, but it's just up from my house. As you head up suckley road it's about 800-1000yrds on the right handside. Sign on gate, behind a bungalow. Hope this helps.
