It's not agricultural it's part of a deal with a terraced house that a friend of mine if buying, i've had a good look around and theres no invasive species that I've noticed. I'll check whats usage it is and take a picture see if I can give you a better idea of the location, cheers

Its derelict scrub land at the moment but I don't think it will have industrial use, it's quiet close to some allotments, Ta i'll look into it. if it has industrial would I be OK without the planning consent? I see so no arctic loads etc.

I've just managed to find about an acre of land, local and good access (like gold dust). I'm just wondering if I have to declare anything in terms of setting up a bit of a yard (wood storage, splitting and selling bit of firewood, workshop etc.) Only subcontracting at the moment so not running a business, nothing major.

I'm on campus at myerscough. I've just moved on to the BSc from the FdSc, really enjoying it but I am looking forward to getting out there now. How are you guys finding online? I always imagined it would be harder without the immediate support. Are you doing a research project/dissertation elspedo? Good luck guys

yeh I think it is, phytophora kits cost about £8. Looks like a beech? probably phytophora spp. kernovaie or ramorum (wrong spellings). What Uni are you at eslpedo and how are you enjoying it?

I started doing little bits with this! Then used a slightly bigger trailer with mesh sides. Didn't look dodgy at all!!

Can't recommend the Isuzu NKR/grafter range enough. They are like little lorries and pull like trains. The one in the pic below is newish but older ones can be had relatively cheaply and go on and on if they are looked after. IMO they are much better built for tree work than transits etc

4 x 4 with big towing capability or single cab with plenty of space in the back really. Need to get into and out the woods 6 days a week. Going with an old hilux for £2000
