  2. Never scrimp on a waterproof jacket for work!

I wear a Swazi smock, goes down to just above my knees, I don't mind the bottom of my legs getting damp through the cutting trousers.

My jacket is about 10 years old, lives under the seat of the Mog and is as good as the day I bought it, almost!

It was £180 back then. I see no reason why I still won't have it in another 10 years.

u wear a swazi there like £300+ stephen i am in pressed thou they r great jackets !!!!

  3. Hmmmmm

The solenoid valve consists of a needle type spring loaded valve and a coil to move it. The needle part seldom goes wrong, its just a stem and a spring inside a tube, a quick clean is all they ever need.

The coil is the black (usually) bit with the wires that fits over the stem tube. The coil breaks down (goes weak) or burns out completely.

The valve on the Jensen may have a built in speed control and this one doesn't

Flowfit 3 Way Hydraulic Solenoid Diverters - Maximum Flow 80L Min 1-1

tht looks massive for a chipper as an x plant fitter looks like its for a 20t+ machine does the coil engergize !!!
