They have tried to sex up countryfile by putting that idiot Matt baker on it. It was far better when it was on on Sunday mornings.
They have failed. He does nothing for me.

BASC members enjoy significant discounts on several of the 4x4s. Great Wall is one yes but so is Mitsubishi and Toyota but they can only be bought from participating dealerships. BASC costs about £40 a year from memory.

Yup, worth Joining BASC just for the discount [about £65 now]. Saved me over £2000 on my Isuzu without the need to even haggle.

Round up, dig out, starve, freeze dehydrate, shoot, trap, snare all out the same time.
It is like the mercury cop character in Terminator and rfuses to die. Good luck.

Works the same as a telephone exchange. If you phone your neighbour you dont use a special neighbour line.

Problem solved, worked out how to turn them on.
It is easy, buy a model that has fog lights, not just a dummy plastic look alike bulb in the lense.
I hope my terminal idiocy is not contagious nor hereditary.

what modle is it youve got
64 Reg extended cab

On my mighty Grand Cherokee, the end of the stalk turns the lights on, then when they are in you can pull it out a bit, this turns the front fogs on, then turn it a click more for the rears.
Ought similar?
Nope!

Should have bought a Hilux!!😗
A hilux is the reason I bought an Isuzu.

i asked the dealer why the running lights go off when u apply the handbrake...he laughed and said no way. after he checked mine and 2 others on the forecourt he conceded and said i dunno, power saving???
The fogs are on the indicator stalk. you have a knurled bit that does the rears i think, but twist the tip, this turns on your fogs. been a while since i used them but will check in the morning.
I dont have a knurled ring, and if I twist tip to fog light symbol nothing happens.
I give up, not going to ask dealer, they are useless.
-
Just been outside to check, they do. At least there are bulbs, no idea how to make them work though.

Running lights and fog lights in same housing in bumper. Hand brake when released turns running lights on. Fog light is a mystery.
-
Can someone please explain how to turn front fog lights on. If I turn the switch on indicator stalk beyond normal light position to fog light position the rear comes on but not the front.
Not just my truck, tried the same on a friends demo with same result.
Manual is vague to useless.

I'd buy a Defender 110.
Everything in the back is safe.
Good off road.

I am on my 10th can and most of the sleeves are loose or off.

Ran my saw [550XP] last week on Aspen after having previously put pump fuel through it. Autotune sorted the running out and saw ran beautifully. I had no head ache etc and saw can be put away until next time.
Converted.

The petition to remove the Road Fuel Duty from Aspen is gaining signatures very slowly.
This surprises me, as if it were to happen the price of a 5litre can would fall by £2.90 making it only around £16.00.
So come on guys, if you have not yet signed it please do so, its really easy to do. Just visit https://www.change.org/p/government-uk-abolish-road-fuel-duty-on-garden-power-tool-specific-alkylate-petrols-designed-to-protect-users-from-harmful-emissions?recruiter=92753060&utm_campaign=mailto_link&utm_medium=email&utm_source=share_petition
The petition needs just under 10000 signatures.
There are around 20000 arbtalk members.
Arbtalk could do this on their own, we have already proved that we can do great things when we all pull together.
But sadly apathy will reign supreme and only those that use Aspen or would like to will sign.

I used anti fatigue mats from Axeminster.

I do that with new guns/rifles. Luckily she hasn't figured out that my 10 gun cabinet is full.
Mine just did when she saw the second five gun cabinet I fitted next to the 10 gun.

Interested, space permitting.

So he does. Helps if one reads properly.

Ordered 365 last week from FR Jones. Had it by 08:45 the next morning. And for less than I paid for my 550 XP.
