    @Pete B

I think the CS100 could benefit from a few changes.

Chute which pivots, optional chute extension, optional electric drive to wheels, optional tow bar for garden tractors...

     Add on sales.

Motorised driven tracks would be a start! ? yes even if it means adding a separate little engine

hey guys looking at buying chipper, noticed the tb100 and cs100 are similar anyone used both, is build quality the same.which is better value for money  etc .thankyou

Having used both machines and as an owner operator of the peruzzo TB100-C (tracked version) the quality is similar but the peruzzo does feel more capable of taking a damn good thrashing. I've abused my peruzzo most days for the past 18 months and it still looks brand new, paint finish is superb as is the support you'll get if you buy from equipment 4 industry. Personally I'm not a big fan of greenmech (issues with arb130 reliability and output on site) If you can stretch to it go for the tracked version (TB100-C) it's a game changer! Had mine on finance and the payments are cheap as chips so get the tracked version!

If you find yourself in this situation and you need to bail out of the vehicle, don't run, hop on one foot until you're 20 foot away,(seriously!) from memory I think the ground is live from about 10ft away from the conducted / contacting vehicle but it's been a decade since being with sse so hopefully someone with some more recent knowledge will expand on this.

does anyone on hear own a TB100? would the chipper part unbolt from the tracked chassis and could you fit a tipping wheel barrow to the chassis of the tracked part (obviously with carefull design and enginering).

Hi, I've had my TB100-C for about a year now;  it's been a game changer and totally faultless, quite possibly my best purchase to date. That much so I'm seriously considering a second one purely to hire out.

It all started with the idea of mounting a small chipper on a tracked barrow for narrow access jobs and after researching the possible options of bastardising two separate machines I came across Peruzzo and then Equipment 4 industry, problem solved! Also for an extra (I think at the time ) £350ish I ordered the track bed to convert it to a mini dumper which then covered all bases ? but due to the regular need of using both on the same job Danny from @equip4ind did me an amazing deal on a baumax (German)  tracked hydraulic tip mini dumper, again great quality and hasn't missed a beat after being beaten and abused regularly!

Initially I was apprehensive of Italian build quality (if you've ever had an alfa or a fiat, you'll know what I mean!) but I'm that impressed with the Peruzzo brand I have also bought one of their tracked pedestrian flail mowers and again build quality, functionality, reliability, after care and their parts department really are second to none.

Equipment 4 industry are now my main provider / first port of call for all my grounds maintenance, landscaping and tree surgery equipment as everything I have experienced so far is quality kit and great value.

If you're anywhere near south West Wales and serious about purchasing one I'd be happy to give you a demo, or pay you for a days work!

Ps It's horses for courses really, a Tr8 it is not but everyone who has used my TB100-C has been very impressed with it, it's manoeuvrability it's output and it's balls, make no mistake this is no toy,  it is a pro machine not some chinese (or British junk that will simply disappoint) so I'm certain, if you see one in action you'll want to have one 100 %

Hello Sir, I take it these prices are inclusive of Dutch Vat.?

God's sakes man, stop talking shop and enjoy your holiday! ?

  7. Bfg 's every time, great on road when it's wet (compared to similar tread type) I got 40k miles out of the last set, ranger has mt on now mpg has dropped a little but off road is more fun and less hoping and praying. A mate has the new coopers on his L200 and rates them highly on the road but he doesn't do great off road but that could just be the L200 or driver error!

One of the main issues for petrol engines on plant in the UK is the law regarding transportation of petrol. It's only supposed to be 2x5l cans in your vehicle and no more.

My understanding (info from my insurance company) was that you can carry up to 30 litres of petrol in a work vehicle without it being an issue or require any further hazard control.

Twatisms...........  hahaha I like it..   Oh by the way..  I ain't no racist. I'm a nationalist if anything at all..

which in my case translates as only having immigrants come here who fit in, and play on an intellectually level playing field..  to whit, more Jews more Japanese and more Europeans..  the rest can stay were they are...   and for good reason..   generally speaking..  evidence dear boy, evidence..

Oh and someone, not sure who, felt the need to ask me a question, I gave an honest answer..  its not my fault that it upset some people..  when Tyson was at his finest, I had confidence I could last more than a couple of rounds..  I trained as a boxer at one point, the only thing that put me off was seeing Ali suffer from being punch drunk..  no thank you I said to myself..  I fancy keeping hold of my marbles..   but I was good, and knew I was good, I could of been a contender...

And yes I'm opinionated, I didn't even know I was till it was pointed out by people over the years.. including on other internet forums..  hahhaha  so what..  and another thing, the Socratic method.

I didn't know I used his methods to make points till I learned about his methods of argument as well.. Great minds an all that...

So, in summation, I'm as hard as Tyson, as clever as Socrates, what more do you want..

Doesn't make up for this though! ?

No I value experience over a college education, however my point is you don’t need experience or qualifications to buy a pickup and chainsaw and call yourself a arborist insured or not. Most home owners will go for the cheapest quote

Apologies, i'm with my old friend jack Daniels and we misheard you! ? ?

Too many arborist have never been to college or school buy a pickup and a chainsaw

So you wouldn't entertain the idea of hiring someone with bags of experience but no academic qualifications?! Over little jonny churned recently out of college with his diplomas and tickets upto CS69 (unless you're solely commercial) who hasn't been higher than 40ft...

Surly this is the reasoning for low wages. Plus it's got to be more fun than the boring repetition that some of the better paid trades require like plumbing and electrics!

Er, price of scrap is to low atm, every little jonny has a chainsaw and every Tommy n timmy have a tipper!

Dunno about low wages but low margins compared to plumbers n sparkys. Good mate of mine's a s/e sparky,  £50k on the books in the week and £50k cash hobbles ont weekend, minimal equipment with maximum profit, not breaking his body etc and even the smallest arb operator has to be looking at £15k - £25k of kit, all he needs is a £5k Van and a grands worth of tools... The bar steward.

To be honest I don't think anyone has ever been asked to do a survey and said "Nothing wrong with all these, they look fine to me!" ?

If you need a hand give me a shout, I'm getting pretty threaders with the same old faces around here! This close to packing it all in and re-enlisting! ?

Sure but to remove as far as I could see a healthy beech with OK structure, fair enough sided off on one side and with the weight over a quiet footpath and keeping a heavily weighted ash that's close to a block of flats and it's entrance that had a group of ash removed due to die back right next to it seems odd but I'm just a contractor (atm)

I'll pm you some available dates in December, will be in between Carmarthen and Llanelli if you're interested?
