  1. thanks for your post, had a feeling that might be the case, just wanted to be sure, was told to put copper screws in it to make it rot, may or may not do that aswell as burying it thanks again.
  2. hi I am new to this site and just wanted to ask few questions as I cant find an answer on the interweb I may get a few silly answers from this, but here goes. I recently chopped down a tree and dug the stump out it's been out of the ground for about a month and all of it's roots have been chopped right back, unfortunately it's too tough to cut into bits (meaning it blunts my chainsaw chains) and too big and heavy to move out of the garden. so my questions are, will it be dead and if I bury it to get it out of the way, will it begin grow again. we thing it was a sycamore
