Looking for someone to help out part time with firewood processing, based in Welford (Northants)
Hours to suit, 12 month old AMR equipment (splitter and processor) CS30 needed (Chainsaw / PPE can be provided if needed), Ideally have Tele-handler experience but not essential. Equipment is not fully automated so a small amount of lifting etc required.
Wages are productivity based. Full time work may be available for the right person.
Any questions call Mark 07813 103995.

Seats can be removed to create a flat base, fuel consumption wise it's high 20's. Never had an issue parts wise, saying that it's been in the family for 6 years and never really needed anything other the routine servicing parts.

Hi all, looking for a bit of advice. I'm getting married next year and my better half has come up with an idea to have a bench made that people can write on to celebrate our day ( a little like a guest book ) her dad is a **** hot joiner so no issues with bench design or construction, I'm just trying to find the best way to keep all the writing permanent, is there a specific type of pen out there? Do we stain/varnish after the event?.....all advice greatly recieved. TIA.

This is a 3 phase one so stands in the barn, off the top of my head think it was £10k

Hi, can anyone recommend a decent pair of Bluetooth ear defender headphones? Ideally just need to connect my phone when working with wood processors etc so I don't miss calls. Not too fussed about having a radio. I know Husqvarna do a set but wondered if anyone could recommend any others. TIA

Looking for hardwood cordwood plus transport to Welford (NN6). Ideally processor size but will consider anything. Good access, telehandler on site if needed.

Last hour or so to run on this, grab a bargin, Alpine tractor will also be up for sale soon!
-
This put this up for sale, moving to fully electric processing kit.

Price recently reduced.......this machine has only been used by me, only selling as the tractor is up for sale, just ordered an identical AMR splitter but with 3 phase power, any test welcome ( whilst the tractor is still on site!)

It belongs to the Estate that I manage.

We have a PTO powered 28 ton log splitter which is currently being powered by our tractor, however I'm looking to free the tractor up and being as all processing now takes place in the barn I'm wondering wether it can be converted to run on 3 phase electric, does anyone know of any companies around that can convert it?

Bought one new in 2007, no issues at all but only put 50 tonnes a year through it. I was thinking of changing it this year, the new model is very different with lots of "safety" features, think it slows the whole process down so sticking with my old one. One of the main reason for buying it was that Fuelwood Warwick is only an hour away from me.

Yep run one for the last couple of years.....no problems
-
Had the same issue with mine, got it back yesterday from Husky dealer, mine needed a hot start kit fitting......runs lovely now.

Agreed with the lesson, my friend did the full test, but failed because she didn't fit towing mirrors on her Disco!

We bought a load from Malary Enviromental in Cambridge. They were all ones that they couldn't reuse, but perfect for firewood. A few of them needed steam cleaning but no major damage.
