  1. Sorry to hear that you've had problems. We recommend that belts are tightened after the first hour as they do tend to stretch in that time. If the belts are left and not tightened in that time and allowed to slip then the belts and pulleys get polished. If this does happen then we suggest you try using a belt dressing. If you continue having problems please bring it in and we'll have a look at it for you.
