  2. For all the pro immigration/Muslim supporter's here don't forget its your children/grandchildren/great grandchildren who will have to live with the consequences.

That is spot on! I'm really worried how the country will be for my childern and their families if we keep letting people in at a rate of 300k a year!

Green space is getting taken up for new developments at an incredible rate at the moment so imagine what's its going to be like after 40 years

  3. I'm not to hot on my politics but from watching some of the live debate all I could see was four people talking rubbish and farage seemed the only one talking sense and was sort of getting bullied childishly by the others!

I don't know where they found that audience but farage didn't get any applause after any points he made which I think is crazy as they were spot on.... If it was held with an audience of people like myself and so many others I know he would have brought the house down will applause.

  4. 2.7t here Huck, me, Stevo, Dutchie, and, to be honest, far too much gear.

It's less if we cleanse the footwell.

Still gives us 2t in the bed.

    Transit double cab tipper.

How can you get 2 ton in the back of a transit? Thought they were 3500 gross

  5. Ill work out how much it weighs when I've finished it, but it could take a 3ton load with the previous back then I removed 300kg and I reckon I will have added 600-700kg so looking at around 2.6 - 2.7 ton that it will be able to carry

  6. Thats a cracking job you made of that tipper body, the only things I would have done different would be to raise the front bolster to the same height as the rear body to support long ladders, also I would add some upstands to keep ladders falling off the side and some tie down hooks.I had to do this on the transit as an afterthought which was a pain.

I've just finished my phase 1 on the truck, phase 2 the front section will be brought up to the same level... It's to hard to explain so you will have to wait and see but it will be good - ladder racks and everything already thought of just need the time to put it together

  7. And it'll help stop the electrolysis between the steel and alloy which causes the bubbles of oxidisation.

    Looking good phas :-)

Thanks... I've completed where I want to get up to and will put some more pics up!

  8. Yeah I left about 100 for a cam kit... Think I need a 24v feed one which bumps the price up a bit and ill prob go for a 7 inch monitor for better visibility

The 24v side/front /top/bottom and light clusters in led will bump the cost up!

  9. Total cost for build will be around the 1600 mark, that includes steel, alli and paint

After that's all done ill put led lights all round and two cameras on the back so that will prob push it to the 2k mark
