  1. HI wondering if anyone can help-I need to change the 3 drive belts on the hakki-is it rocket science or straightforward enough:confused1:? The space is a bit tight but orders to be filled....any advice appreciated. Thanks
  2. HI Steve I'm new to this site and your name is the one that seems to show up most...I'm as yet unable to post but wonder if you can advise me on fitting the three drive belts to a hakki pilke 1x37-I'm a forester but mechanically illiterate-have had the machine a number of years and a local guy usually services it for me-at the moment he's away, and the ram is slow to move and stopping when hits a log at the splitter, there's a screeching noise and I have to hit the release lever to bring it back to start-one of the belts is definitely looser than the other two so I was going to attempt to replace and tighten them... is it easy to do or rocket science? Apprehensive about tackling it. Any advice is much appreciated Rich:confused1:
