  1. I did my CS30 and CS31 Assessments in March 2006. So the 5 years was up in March this year. So i take it by the comments on here there is no legal requirements for anybody to do a refresher course, it is up to the individual if they do so? Also does anybody know if you have to do the CS48 in order to use a Powered Pole Saw? Some people at work that i have spoken too say that you don't need any chainsaw licences to use one. Then i have had people telling me that you can use one if you have CS30 and CS31. Cheers
