  1. Please help, I have two jobs with the Grand Union pub chain and they want seven trees crown reduced and pollarded, however there are some problems: *They will NOT close the gardens for us so we have to work between 7am and 1pm. *One of the trees is above a marquee and has a bar built around the base of the trunk
  2. Thanks, yep I popped by and have one
  3. I'll be there with Merrist Wood College, defo gonna see you asap
  4. Thanks this really helps, and don't worry I'll get another one:thumbup: ha ha
  5. Very different I helped a guy take a 60ft Eucalyptus down recently during the snow and wind it's all down and we find out the stump and the whole tree is rotten through, we were very lucky apparently if we'd given it 6 months tops it would have come down (It was right next to a school). I prefer Sussex though I hope to move out of Surrey in a few years time
  6. By the way almost forgot thanks for the job offer
  7. Ah don't worry I like it that you can have a joke . By the way sorry I live in Surrey but I love Sussex its fantastic

  9. No I will be starting the course in September
  10. Does anyone know what a Tree Crane is since I'm new to Arboriculture and was told that I was going to use one at college on my course but they didn't tell me what one was. Thanks.
  11. Thanks for the help I'll look further into them and decide from there
  12. I take it there's not much work down there. The reason I ask is because I plan to move down to Cornwall and want to know if I'd still be able to be a tree surgeon
