Only in England?

Cheers Gaz, as I suspected. Was hoping there was an element of wriggle room, after all they have a duty of scheduled inspection and maintenance etc and this is a supposed metalled road, not some 10mm thick driveway..

The local authority highways are threatening to serve notice on my client because the roots of a pine tree are visibly causing damage to the surface of a minor public road. I can't find anything in section 154 that relates specifically to tree root damage. Who's responsibility is this, the council for not adequately maintaining the road? (The trees in question have been there for aprox 40 years)

Has anyone any experience of the above machines, specifically perhaps the PC942-PIC crane fed model? Opinions appreciated..
-
On the verge of buying one or the other. Question is, which one is better and why? (both machines will be set up for crane feed).
-
Still looking for additional operatives
-
Thinking of getting one of these for larger site clearances, any opinions? Good on brash, easy to feed with digger? Productivity etc??

There's no substitute for experience!

Ok, 3.5 ton maybe more, to feed a big jensen or maybe a heizo, budget about 10-12k..
