  1. hi yes to website so why do most people use only one rope I almost see this on every occasion that I've encountered tree surgeons doing work. The only time I see anything different is usually when the council are doing tree work Tree Surgeon Stafford
  2. hi to all sorry to the late reply I have been just a bit busy, I've noticed as I been going round that lots of tree surgeons seem to be only using one rope I don't understand why they do this. As far as I'm concerned and the training I received you need to be using two ropes and not one. Surely this is a legal requirement or am I getting mixed up I wouldn't mind some feedback regarding this personally I think the two ropes system is far safer and reliable than just one.   3. Hi to all this is the happy tree man I suppose I will be considered as a newB well I'm interested in talking about trees and any new techniques for new types of equipment to get me up trees. I do have a blog if anyone's interested in contributing any help would be grateful. All Tree Work always willing to talk new ideas and possibly better ways that I am not aware of of taking down trees. Hope to speak with someone you soon the happy tree man:001_rolleyes:
