  1. We are looking for a reliable and robust petrol log splitter for our yard to split a multitude of timber in all types of sizes following tree work completed.

There are so many on the market and I have no knowledge of good or bad machines to avoid or consider. It would be very useful to get some feedback from other user experiences of different petrol log splitters.

Thanks to anyone that has time to reply.

  3. You can pay a solicitor to send a "pay up letter" which in my experience dealing with even the most stubborn of companies has always resulted in payment for me. Truly disappointing when you undertake work in good faith. I have normally only paid around £30 for an official demand letter. A solicitors letter will carry much more weight in this type of situation. Mark Hines Arb Pro Software

  5. I would like to gauge how many tree professionals, who are in business, think specialist tree contracting software could benefit their organisation?

Currently there is nothing available on the Uk market designed to provide tree contractors with a program to produce quotes, invoices, manage their clients, produce mail merge, analyse sales figures etc, etc etc.

I should imagine most use a combination of word and excel to manage daily office tasks?

Thank you to all that take the time to reply.
