  1. Hi. A few weeks ago I developed pains in my chest and back after going to a+e I was diagnosed with Costochondritis. I can only presume I got this from spliting wood all day by hand. Anyways after 4 or days after and some naproxen it went. Yesterday I spent a day splitting again. Only to get the pains again today. has anyone had this condition wondering if there is any other treatments. Maybes have to buy a splitter. I'm just paranoid it may get worse and affect my climbing. I'm 24 with a clean bill off health. Any advice would be much appreciated thanks
