1.
Hello there mate. I left the Army in 2009 and came into arb straight from my resettlement course at kingswood training. I have not been out of work since leaving and have walked into 3 companies and got work straight away. If you are serious about the job it is a good crack and as close as you can get to the forces mentality. The work is as hard as you want it to be and the rewards are not the best but I have never been seen short. Dependant on where you are going to be there are enough companies that will gladly have ex forces. If you need any more advice you can always message me back. Hope it goes well for you and good luck

 2. I have an interview tomorrow morning so hopefully that will be ok

 3. Hello there Martin. The pop was about 80ft and it was a lovely day so it was a good climb really. I sent a c.v to gts but i have not heard anything back but thanks for the shout on that one

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place. If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom, then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
