Couldn't resist buying an old Sachs Dolmar 112 that I saw at the local recycling centre for £5.00.
It turns over ok and has plenty of compression, it has a spark and I have replaced the fuel line and reconnected the filter that was rattling about in the bottom of the fuel tank.
Put in some fresh fuel but it won't start. The pull cord and recoil spring are ok but sometimes when I pull the cord it's as though the ignition is too far advanced as it won't go over tdc.
I can't find a service manual on the Internet, so if anyone has one that they can scan in and send me, it would be a big help in getting the saw going.
Better still if someone has one that they can sell me that would help me out too.
