Which one of the magnolias?

I have10 years climbing experience. I only felt fully confident after about 4-5 years. It comes with time, and different times for different people. My top tips for speed are.
Always stay on your feet.
Good rope Managment.
Make as few cuts as possible, and don't over think where to make a cut.
"Don't think about it, just do it"
Is what was shouted at me when I was learning.
I found rock climbing has helped me a lot as well.
In general I echo the thought that speed comes with time. Rushing is dangerous. If you are efficient, precise and direct with your manoeuvres you will speed up.
Be safe.

The fruit looks like the distinctive characteristic. I can't find it in my Collins tree guide.

Not tried that. Will look into it but space and time might be a problem. We have, in the past, had bulk loaders come and we fill with a tele handler in an hour or so every week or two.

My company, based in West London, produces a lot of wood chip. 3-4 tonne a day perhaps. It's good quality but mixed conifer/deciduous.
Anyone interested in purchasing on a regular basis. If so please PM me to discuss further.

You still looking for work in SW London??

Hello. the attached pictures is of a fruit body i saw growing from a cavity at the base of a red oak. The cavity is in the shape of a tee-pee. The reaction wood around the cavity is good. The heart wood is exposed and in tact. The fungus appears to be on the static mass only.
Any input as to the likely significance of this fungus in this situation?
