  1. really easy mate, the tip frame and lift frame are from a written off transit i brought on ebay, i made it 4 ft shorter and 6 inches narrower and with 40 quids worth of box section to make the subframe to mate it to the hilux mounting points. because its a shortened frame the ram is right at the front so will lift 2 ton easily.

    lights are the transit ones i mounted on angle brackets from the subframe. all in all cost me 300 quid and a few evenings to build.
