    <p>How did you go with the 112 sachs dolmar? Have just got one my self, needs carb kit, av mounts, fuel line oil line a gromets, bits for the chain brake, the good is that it runs great at full noise. </p>

  2. ........ thanks all for your thoughts. Today I removed a decomp valve from another saw and yes it was the decomp valve the saw fired up - bloody marvelous! It's had a lot work so it deserved new rings! Spud

  5. Hi All My ms260 started leaking 'oil' out of the decomp button then stopped. Very little compression. Changed the rings and piston still no compression. fires up a little then stops. Checked for a hole in the pot but nothing visible. Am I misssing something? Cheers, any help appreciated, Spud

  8. Hi, anyone know where I can get a set of extra wide button braces? had a Stihl set I think years ago but can't seem to find a set anywhere. Cheers
  9. I've got an old pair of Oregon Greens that are just a bit too tight for me. I'm usually a size 9 or 9 1/2, or 43 /44 in european sizes. Where abouts are you ? I'm just south of Clevedon in North Somerset, about 3 miles off the M5. I think they are a class 2 boot, I'll have a look for them tomorrow if you're interested.

  12. Hi, just been given an od red Sachs Dolmar 112 - in bits! I'm putting it back together for fun. Looks a tidy balanced saw. Anyone know the carb setting or has a copy of the manual? Cheers all. Spud
