  2. i have pretty much solved many problems with my tw150, the only 1 that baffles me is why it wont roll on its own without jamming something in the forward switch, which is bad i know, please give me ideas and i will try the ones ive not tried.

  3. i work everyday and have picked up 127 regular customers in 2 years, who we visit fortnightly, i have a mimimum price of £20 and i do everything in the garden because i am super quick, if you keep on top of it its never a big job. when it gets to december 11th its time for a month off.

I can strim, lawn edge, hoe, rake, mow and blow in less than an hour. people notice a grafter

  4. Only had 1 of these for a year, got charged £700 by gunn jcb to fix a problem and i have now found out it was only the emergency stop thats a bit tricky.

1 year on and have found out why machines cutout and wont start, it is mainly fuel lines and all the crap that is clogged up in the tank.

so if ur out working and it wont start take the overflow pipe off fuel tank and blow through it so all the fuel gets blown back through the engine and gets rid off the crap blocking the fuel tank inflow at the other end, then suck fuel from tank back into engine and it will start, always keep full tank until you have time to drain the tank and get all the crap out (thinking of hoovering mine out), from then on use a filter for red diesel as there is so much shite in it.

Also done my own service it aint that hard.

If rollers wont feed press emergency stop in then pull it out, press stop bar in then pull out hard, make sure revs are up full and i bet u the chipper will run.

You probably all know this but i am happy i have figured it out.

    Happy chippin ;p

  5. Hi, kieron from bolton here, need help. tw150dh 2004 will not start, i have just fitted new oil filter, fuel filter and an extra inline fuel filter, as it would not start before hand.

Ar first it would not tick over because the fuel pipe coming from the tank had load of gunge in the end so i sorted that and unblocked everything, when i try to start it it isnt kicking up then battery dies so i charge it off my van and after 5 minutes it starts, i am positive its fuel.

i dont mind paying for it to be fixed but would rather know what the problem is incase it happens again.

Cheers whom ever replies. kieron 07504366361

  7. Hi, i was just wondering if there is anybody out there near Bolton who has any knowledge about timberwolf 150dh, cost me £700 get fixed a while back and i have found out recently that it was only the emergency stop button that was causing problems, anyway, last couple of times out working my chipper will not start after it has already been used for an hour or so. All fuel pipes clear, new fuel filter, oil filter, just wont bite.

  8. hi people, just got myself tw150 dh a few months back so would like a bit of help on maintenance, firstly the rollers wont feed in but will go in reverse is this due to having no grease in them, it did go forward for a bit when i took it all apart but has stop dead again, also i had to jump lead the chipper when i use it as it wont charge is this due to the purple wire (corroded) i have found connected to nothing near the battery wires.

Any feedback is good feed back
