  2. Cheers guys , problem solved , the little pin on the choke / on off lever was in the wrong position! Should of looked at it before posting on here really , thought I could fix it from the comfort of my bed ! Lol thanks for all your help though , much appreciated again ! 👍

Hi all Im after a bit of advice my old arboreater chipper has finally given up and i need to replace it , ive been looking at the forst st6p and seen it working and im impressed although not sure about it being petrol as i dont use it all the time as i do grass cutting too but when i do use it its generally large clearence work or any type of tree works so it does need to be of a reasonable size and able to chip pretty quick ! Im vat registered and wanting to buy a new machine i have a budget of £15k anybody help me ? ? Thanks in anticipation. ?

  14. Hi everyone I'm after any advice that anyone has of using bank mowers and which one to recommend ? I'm just pricing up a job with huge steep banks (45degrees) around water courses and covering large areas , strimming it is out of the question the area is too big and I don't have enough manpower ! I've been looking at a ransomes spider 2 but at a cost of £20k it isn't cheap ! Any help is appreciated ! Many thanks. Ross.
