Hi, I'm not John I was just posting the link for the guys and girls who hadn't seen it.Great. Thanks Dave J/John. Can you publish the rigours risk assessment for us all to peruse over? I know that you have not directly upload this but the info you may have available may give others a chance to have a collective input..
Cheers

I'm interested in the rigours risk assessment as newly layed out by LANTRA within their SRWP award that allows us to use a single rope to safely work the tree.
Can anyone shine some light on this matter?
Cheers

I tried a kong duck, but found it kept creeping. So now using a petzl rope grab which is a lot better. This is on a monkey beaver harness though.

the bag I bought off this thread, i.e the 17 quid jobby is perfect for putting my rope and harness in, no more coiling, just unzip lay it out open and slap my harness on, best 17 quid ive spent in a long time
Had mine over a year and still going strong.

I had the same problem with 07 plate and after spending a fortune on different things. it turn out to be the injectors. it was one of the last things they tested. you can get them tested before replacing

Really useful bag 4 climbing gear kit & rope. Ideal for Arborist Tree Surgeon | eBay We use these for kit, with a separate ropebag, not overly thick though and the zips starting to go after a years (rough) use.
Got one, good bag for the money.

Cheers for all the replies. I thought £18,000 sounded high. £15,000 was more what I was thinking. Its from I guy I do some hand cutting for, so I know the tractor. Brakes are good, drives well and everything works on it.
