Yeah, that was me. Good little machine, that. I suppose in relation to the others i am the young one :001_tongue:

  3. Hmmm, the only recent thing we've done recently was at the top of stanford hill. Took down an old copper beech and reduced a holm oak. Was for an old folks home if i remember rightly. Still finding enough work? Things are quiet even round here!

  4. Very nice! We did some work for his next door neighbour, had to prune back some of his overhanging trees. Spoke to his gardener while we were there who wanted some of his pines "topped." Glad you spoke him round it! Did some storm work there not so long ago too. Met you very briefly John at dial a digger a while ago. Well. I say met, we said hi! :001_tongue:

  5. Ever had anything like this?... Working in Salisbury last week, just clearing up after felling a silver maple; my van was being used for rakings, stuff like that. An old lady came up to me with a small bag... " Excuse me, can I put this in your lorry? It's a chicken. The bag's all tied up" To which I replied, "No!" Why couldn't she just put it in the bin?! :confused1: I've had hedge clippings, stuff like that, but that was a new one for me! :001_tongue:
