  1. Hi All, We have had issues with a "neighbour" who will do things to spite us quite often, I won't go in to any detail here as it's not the place, the reason I mention this is there is absolutely no way we can mediate with them over this situation and the last time we tried to talk about deliberate damage caused to our property I had to contact the Police. I use the word neighbour in quotes as they are not technically neighbours as it is a different street, their property backs on to the side of our house. The latest event is quite concerning to us both as we are keen gardeners and are fairly knowledgeable about plants and trees. They have recently planted what we believe to be a Salix Caprea about 2 or 3ft from the side of our property and against the fence, this is also directly next to the sewerage/drainage pipe that runs from their property to the manhole immediately next to the fence on our side. We have serious concerns about damage to our property, foundations and drainage systems. We do not know how to resolve this issue or who we can contact so any advice would be gratefully appreciated. I will mention our land is all clay soil as this may be applicable. Many thanks
