🌳 CREW LEADER / CLIMBER / TEAM MANAGER WANTED – NORTH LONDON 🌳
We’re a growing tree surgery company based in Enfield, North London, covering general North London with exciting contracts stretching as far as Norfolk and Gatwick. As we expand, we’re looking for a serious, fully qualified professional to step into a Crew Leader role — with the opportunity to manage two full crews as part of your career growth.
What We’re After:
✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in tree surgery and climbing
✅ Full UK Driving Licence – essential
✅ Confident climber with strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Able to run a tight ship – organise teams, liaise with clients, ensure high standards
✅ Someone who takes pride in quality, efficiency, and teamwork
✅ Looking to grow long-term with a fast-moving company
The Work:
Mostly domestic/retail tree surgery, with growing commercial contracts
Includes stump grinding, sectional dismantles, pruning, and site clearance
Based in North London, but willing to travel for key contracts (we handle logistics)
What We Offer:
💷 Competitive pay – £39,000 + open to negotiation based on experience
